More of Erle's garden photos

The garden is loving the recent sunshine and many of my favorites are now in bloom. Here's a representative sampling. Don't forget to click on the image to see a larger photo. Top to bottom: Cobaea scandens; Anigozanthos (Kangaroo Paw); Streptosolen (Marmalade Bush); Iris pseudacorus; Echium plantagineum 'Blue Bedder'. I'm loving this new camera!

  1. Great blog and article today in the Chronicle. Question: in relandscaping our rear garden, one of the few original plants I did not remove is the iris you have listed above as Iris pseudacorus. The color of my iris is exactly the same but a Google search shows this iris as yellow in color. Is this name correct? Thanks!
